Office Junior - Motor Trade

Salary: £14,000

Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Our client based in Crawley are seeking an Office Junior to join their small but busy team. Working within the motor trade, your duties will incorporate front desk duties as well as administration.

• Answering inbound phone calls in a professional and helpful manner.
• Qualifying enquiries and to ensure calls are directed to the correct extension.
• Providing basic information to customers when required.
• Taking accurate information from callers to enable correct and full messages being passed onto the relevant person.
• Show empathy and courtesy as required when dealing with unhappy cusomters.
• Inputting data onto system accurately.
• Carry out general administration duties as required.
