Location: Redhill
Salary £19k
Role Requirement
- Provide an efficient, accurate funding service to our clients and sales force.
- Communicate in a professional manner and maintain a high-quality standard
- Check documents, analyse underwriting requirements to ensure correct funding
- Liaise with the Contact Centre and effectively resolve “Snagged” documents.
Person Specification
- Must have great people skills and the ability to train new members of the team
- Continually develop and learn about the Company products
- Able to produce reports
- Confident and able to react quickly
- Ability to use own initiative
- Effective time management
Education/Qualifications/Software
- Educated to A-Level standard

Hours
- Permanent role
- Local shift pattern M-F 8am – 7pm & 1 Saturday in 4 9am – 6pm (time off in lieu when a Saturday is worked)
