Location: Redhill
Salary £23k
Role Requirement
- Administer and control the management of Debt Management accounts and Vulnerable Customers
- Working within Debt Collection
- Ensure specialised debt management procedures and company policies are followed
- Ensure compliance, targets, objectives and quality standards are adhered to and monitored
- Cover Collections Administrator role in periods of absence
- Deputise for the Specialised Management Coordinator in periods of absence
Person Specification
- Must have great people skills
- Ability to handle difficult telephone conversations
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Confident and able to react quickly
Education/Qualifications/Software
- GCSE Maths/English or good numeracy skills
