Location: Redhill
Salary £21.5k
Role Requirement
- Responsible for handling a variety of complaints & disputes
- Assess complaints quickly and thoroughly before deciding upon an outcome and communicating it appropriately
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of FCA framework
- Working knowledge of GDPR legislation and timelines
- Contact Centre environment
Person Specification
- Strong decision-making skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good team player
- Minimum 6 months in a complaint’s role
Education/Qualifications/Software
· Preferably 5 GCSE’s ‘A-C’ level (inc Maths & English)
· MS Office (Outlook., Word)
