Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: £45 - £50K
Role Requirement
- Permanent - oversee the HR Department whilst the HR Director is on Maternity Leave then resume in a managerial aspect when they return
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application
- Develop and understanding of the Company’s compliance requirements
- Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolution, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, etc
- Develop, monitor HR policies
- Detailed reporting to senior management
- Support and develop HR administrator

Person Specification
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills with proven leadership capabilities
- Pro-active team player with strong problem-solving skills
- Experienced in developing and supporting line managers with a variety of HR topics
- Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team
Education/Qualifications/Software
- Proven HR generalist experience 3-5 years, Financial Services Sector desirable
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Office
- Qualified/Studying CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
