- Marketing Data Assistant ManagerSalary: £35,000paLocation: TadworthTemporary: 12 monthsOur Client is looking a Marketing Data Assistant Manager to join their Data and Analytics Team (UK Marketing). Working in prestigious offices alongside campaign teams you will identify, optimise and target customer audiences using data sources and working within guidelines.Duties Include:
- Take a campaign brief and identify the optimal target customer audience
- Check what can be sent to the respective audience based upon pre-set conditions
- Ensure customer audience can be marketed with communications, systems and tools
- Support new client onboarding
- Support analytics and campaign colleagues in customer analytics e.g. performance measurement, segmentation analysis and behavioural analysis
Key Requirements:- Numerate and strong analytical skills
- Experienced and competent at data handling
- Ability to analyse a request and produce innovative solutions
- Commitment to accuracy and keen attention to detail
- Passion for data driven Insight
- Good networking and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good organisation and coordination skills
- Strong Microsoft office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, some knowledge of Marketo, Tableau and Power BI (data and analytical tools)
- Self-motivated, proactive with analytical, enquiring mind and willingness to learn
- Timeliness and high productivity while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong customer service orientation
- Commitment and professionalism
- Knowledge of asset management / financial services sector preferred (but not essential)
