- Call Centre AdvisorSalary: £19,000.00 /pa plus excellent benefitsLocation: Redhill, SurreyYOU Personnel Ltd have an excellent opportunity for an Inbound Call Centre Advisor to join a fantastic and supportive organisation in Redhill to work within their Customer Services Team.A Call Centre advisor’s primary role is to respond to inbound telephone calls from customers within a call centre environment.Duties include:
- Delivering a high standard of Customer Service over the telephone - approximately 75 inbound calls per day. NO SALES!
- Provide an efficient service for customer queries ensuring that enquiries are managed in line with company policy and procedures.
- Respond to customers and third parties, including complaint handling
- Administrative duties ensuring customer related data is accurately recorded and factual
Skills and experience required:- 5 x GCSEs A-C levels including English and Maths required
- A’ levels or equivalent desirable
- Experience in Customer Services environment is essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and communicate with all levels of colleagues and customers is essential
- High level of listening skills and the ability to determine relevant information
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Ability to adapt to change
