YOU Personnel Ltd have an excellent opportunity for an End of Contract Advisor to join a fantastic and supportive organisation in Redhill to work within their Customer Services Admin Team.
Responsibilities:- Deliver a high standard of customer service when responding to customer instructions, enquiries and requests in order to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain and develop up-to-date product, system and process knowledge to act as a centre of expertise and to provide an increasingly effective service to customers
- Respond to complex or difficult customer enquiries and to assist in the enhancement of existing systems and perform to customer service and end of contract targets
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of end-of-contract procedures, together with a thorough knowledge of computer systems used to record and access information both internally and by collection agents
- Contact customers in order to confirm collection procedures and process end-of-contract charges providing invoices for customers in order to receive by return outstanding debt payments
- Awareness of compliance with various statutory and regulatory requirements particularly FCA
Key Requirements:- Experience in Customer Services environment desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise and communicate with all levels of colleagues and customers essential
- Excellent grammar and administration skills required when responding by email and for written communications
- Rapport-building skills and enthusiasm to develop professional working relationships
- Friendly personable demeanour supporting the team with work and targets
- Reliable and hardworking and remains calm under pressure
- Strong numeric and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to use Excel at intermediate level
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Reacts positively to change as priorities change with peak and non-peak periods
