- Sales Support AdministratorLocation: ReigateSalary: £18,000 - £20,000YOU Personnel are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our client based in the heart of Reigate. You will come from an administrative background with the ability to communicate professionally and efficiently to achieve results. Duties include:
- Working alongside sales and directors.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics.
- Arrange couriers for collection and delivery of materials.
- Gather quotes and negotiate prices as per request of management and sales team.
- Ensure all arranged couriers and effective and deliver on time.
- Deal with general enquiries via telephone, email, face to face.
- Process website orders and record delivery updates onto internal software.
- Update suppliers list in the CRM
- Liaise with warehouse manager.
- General sales support administration duties.
Previous Experience- Sales Support experience essential.
- Well-spoken and driven to meet demands of the business.
- Organised and process driven with a proven track record of negotiating with suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills.
