YOU Personnel Ltd have an excellent opportunity for a Pension Administrator to join a fantastic organisation in Godalming who are specialists in their field.
Duties to include:- Provide pension administration to a high level ensuring that any task is accurately completed and recorded
- Portfolio of SIPPS and SSAS
- Managing and processing all aspects of the pension and work directly with introducers e.g. Independent Financial Advisers and clients
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and advisers
- Ensuring that client deadlines are met
- Corresponding with HMRC and other regulatory bodies as required
- Member queries, updates, complaints and database maintenance
- Managing rents, property insurance, sales, purchases and loan repayments
- VAT returns
- Management and Advisor fees
- Tax free cash, pension payments, LTA
- Financial statements
Key Skills Required:- Strong administrative skills, numerate and a good understanding of Microsoft packages
- Data entry experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, including a strong telephone manner
- High attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage workloads on a day to day basis
- Experience in financial services preferred
